About the Opportunity
Join our Certification People & Culture team as a People & Culture Administrator and play a key role in supporting a positive experience for colleagues at every stage of their journey. You will help ensure that processes across recruitment, onboarding, employee changes, and leavers are handled efficiently, accurately, and with care, making a real difference to the day-to-day experience of our people.
You will be at the heart of our People operations, maintaining accurate records and systems, supporting payroll, benefits, probation tracking, and performance review administration. Your attention to detail, professionalism, and proactive approach will ensure colleagues and managers feel supported, informed, and confident in all aspects of People & Culture.
This role also offers the opportunity to contribute to projects and initiatives that promote engagement, wellbeing, and inclusion, and to suggest improvements that make our People processes more efficient and user-friendly. You will help to influence the culture where people feel valued, supported, and empowered to do their best work.
This role is based in Bristol with hybrid working (40% office-based).
About You
You are a motivated, organised, and detail-oriented administrator with experience in People administration across the employee lifecycle. You are comfortable supporting recruitment, onboarding, payroll, benefits, and employee record-keeping, and are confident using People systems, databases, or Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
You handle confidential information with discretion and approach every task with professionalism. You are proactive in identifying ways to improve processes, supporting colleagues, and contributing to a positive and inclusive culture.
You are approachable, collaborative, and customer-focused, understanding that strong administration is at the heart of an exceptional employee experience. You value accuracy, efficiency, and continuous improvement, and take pride in ensuring colleagues feel supported at every stage of their journey.
A CIPD Level 3 qualification is desirable, but we welcome candidates who have gained equivalent knowledge and expertise through practical experience.
