About our Organisation
The Soil Association, formed in 1946, is the only UK charity which works across the spectrum of human health, the environment and animal welfare. That’s because we cannot tackle these issues in isolation.
We campaign for change, we support farming innovation, we serve healthy food in communities, we support and grow the organic market, and we protect forests. We couldn't do any of this without our supporters, partners, donors and dedicated staff. We make a difference in the world where it’s needed the most.
About the job
To manage significant multi-year partnerships with some of the UK’s most influential businesses as well as create compelling pitches that reflect the Soil Association’s ambition and resonate with ESG and sustainability priorities. These partnerships will drive real impact across the food and farming system.
This is an exciting opportunity to not only grow our partnership portfolio but to also work across the wider Soil Association Group (including Certification and Exchange) to co-create embedded, strategic partnerships that unlock influence, innovation, and significant unrestricted funding.
About You
We are looking for an exceptional fundraiser, who thrives in a fast-paced team and is brilliant at building lasting partnerships both with supporters and colleagues. Your ability to translate complex food systems programmes into simple, compelling propositions for companies will deliver against shared strategic priorities.
Our Benefits
We offer a range of financial and lifestyle benefits to all our employees, including:
